Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

bills

I'm trying to clear my credit history, and want to inform the collectors how much I will be paying and when. I'm not sure what to write to them so it doesn't back fire on me.

Re: bills

Writing to collectors and stating you wish to send them money is a sure way to get cheated out of your money. It is also not a very good way to clear up your credit record.

You need a plan, and before you can implement the plan, you need to see your credit report (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion).

If you wold like a free consultation give me a call after you have obtained the credit reports.
