what could the consequence be if i cant pay a civil law 11-105 for shoplifting a 9.99 item.

i went to court payed a judgement to city of 210.00 .

now a law firm for Duanne Reade is asking for 224.00 in 30 days.

im on ssi and cant pay this will i be arrested?

No you can't be arrested. You have paid your debt to society. Being on Social Security they cannot garnish your check. They would have to sue you for it, and most of the time it is just too much trouble and expensive.

I would wait until they start a legal proceeding against you before you do anything else.

Then get yourself to a lawyer in your area who could help you.
