It depends on which drug is being considered. This is a medical condition to a doctor, but can be viewed differently by the lay person, and by the legal system Fir instance in social security cases you used to be able to claim this condition as a medical condition and receive benefits. Now it is not a medical condition, and you cannot receive benefits for it.
