Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

Once a judgment is awarded, is there any possible way to find bank accounts or checking accounts that the debtor closed after the debtor was served with the original summons ? And if so can those closed bank records be supenoed to show all transactions ?

Yes . After a judgment is obtained one may institute post judgment collection proceedings, and the debtor may be deposed, his records subpoenaed etc.
