Re: ''Accident''

I'm sorry to hear about your accident. You may have seveal options, depending on where the accident took place. Was it Florida? You may be able to have your medical bills and lost wages paid by your insurance company and you may be able to sue the other person's girlfriend for pain and suffering, plus lost wages and medical not covered by no-fault. If you wish to discuss the case, please feel free to call me at 212-622-7180.

Re: ''Accident''

You got nailed by someone who doesn't play by the rules like the rest of us. I understand your frustration.

However, did you know the insurance company may still be liable to pay your damages? The girlfriend (if she has any money) is definitly on the hook. If all else fails, you can make a claim to the 'uninsured motorists fund'

Just because the boyfriend doesn't have any assets does not mean you are out of luck.
