Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
burglary 2 ist offense,
thanks for answering me, i do have a court appointed lawyer. the da wnted to plea to a class a misd. for tresspassing. id ont believe i did anything had all the permission from the actuall tenant that was leggagly there. thats why i was thinking about taking this to trial. not sure how well my court appointed defend. not sure if he brought everything into play, like the key, permission, lease. i dont believe then really can hold a burglary charge on me. just trying to learn a little before i decide here.
