Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
My fianc� is currently incarcerated in NY the jail won't let him apply for an interstate transfer to NJ where I am.We plan on getting married the day of his release 2.23.13. Now being I'm his support how do we go about getting him down here?

You could speak with his attorney, however it is very unlikely that there would be an interstate transfer especially with his release date being so soon. Discuss this with his attorney.
