This is an ongoing sting operation in many jurisdictions. To better answer your question, I would need to know his immigration status, more facts about the case, including online conversations and where he was arrested and charged. Have they seized his computer? Please feel free to call the office to discuss the additional facts.

It is a serious charge and if he is convicted ,there is a strong possibility his immigration status will be affected.I recommend retaining a competent criminal defense attorney. There may be defenses available to your brother .

You should not expect jail time, but it would be highly recommended to have an experienced lawyer with you defending him and preserving his rights in court. We have substantial experience handling these types of cases and reasonable fees, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination.
