Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

It's been 15 years since my conviction for criminal possession of contolled substance. How can I get a felony expunged in Broome County?

There is no expungement law in New York. The only ways to get rid of an old conviction is by a pardon from the Governor or if the conviction was obtained illegally, by reoppening the case.
