Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Hi, I was wondering if it was legal for people to sell restaurant discount/savings cards without getting a contract from these restaurants. The card says "at participating locations only". I've been told that the card I bought is fake but yet it still worked in locations prior to me being told this. Is it legal for the guy I bought it from to sell these fake cards?

If the cards are in fact fake, then it is probably legal for them to sell them. The restaurant can or cannot accept them at their discretion.
