Legal Question in Discrimination Law in New York

Gender Discrimination

I work in the building supply industry which is prodominantly male and recently got a hold of the salaries paid to employees and found out that a few male employees under me get paid more. I am the only women in a managerial position and feel that these individuals under me should not be paid more. Do I have a case?
