Dui/dwi
I have 2 dui/dwi. One in new
york manhattan and one in
suffolk county by the
hamptons. I have 3 years
probation. Iv served a year and
a half already and haver been
clean on all my drug
screenings and have not
violated probation in any way.
My question is how do i go
about asking for an early
release from probation? What
are the requirements? What
paper work can i read or look
at to see what is needed? What
is the best shot of getting an
early dismissal?

Given that you have completed over 1 year of probation, you may be able to end early but it will depend in the facts of your case. You will need to make a motion in criminal court in the county where your probation is pending. I have made this type motion before so please feel free to contact me.
