Legal Question in DUI Law in New York

transfer or early release from probation

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I was convicted of dwi misdemeanor in oct of 2004 In NY 2nd time on probation. have fully complied with all requirements Have served over 32 months. My wife and children now live in GA. and my po says I can,t move there. I requested a tranfer but po says no since I don't have a job in ga. I recieve ssd disability, so I can't work. I requested early termination, po hasn't started paperwork? or keeps giving me the run around. I just want to be with my family and get on with my life. If I did everything they asked and never had any problems why r they not letting me go? It can't be money? Ipaid everything required! So can they really force me to stay here even though my family lives there? what can they do if i leave. Can they really put me in jail for a year? please help
