Legal Question in Family Law in New York

i am 18 as of oct and i live at home with my parents i had a baby 2 months ago and need to know if i can legally move with them when they move in jan to florida from ny they are the only means of support i have we have no court agreement for anything including support or visition please let me know

Yes you can and you can file for child support in either in NY or in Florida. Child support and visitation are separate issues. Finally, it is advisable that you seek assistance from a family law attorney.
