2 year old daughter visitation

we have joint custody of daughter ex girlfriend was told by judge that i had set visitation until nov 15 . she will not let me have her and says my lawyer told me not to talk to you and hangs up

Don't call her anymore.

Go back to family court ASAP and file a petition for enforcement of the visitation order.

What happens after Nov 15th? Straighten that out also.
