Abandonment/Marital
I live with the 2 grown children in the house.He pays the bills,I'm disabled & looking into SSI.None of his stuff is here.Can he come & go as he pleases?He's been out for 16 months and lives with his girlfriend.

If he pays the bills, and more important, is on the lease, there is no legal reason why the husband cannot have access to the house.
However, that does not mean he has the right to disturb your quiet enjoyment of the house. Of course, he has not right to threaten, intimidate or do something illegal.
