Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Is a a babysitter that comes once a week for a few hours and is probbaly getting cash only is that really considered child care expenses that would fall under a divorce agreement? Or is child care mainly reserved for a child care center and ket child support payments go toward something, such as one a day babysitter for a few hours?
