Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Blood Test To Prove Paternity

My brother waived his right to a blood test during the time of breaking up with his married girlfriend, their first time in court. He thought that if he was real nice and agreed to anything she wanted she would come back to him. Now he is paying almost $200.00 per week child support, does not see the child and is very suspicious that the child may belong to the husband. He is denied blood tests. How can he get a blood test or a DNA done to prove who the real father is?

Re: Blood Test To Prove Paternity

You get only one bite at the apple. Having waived his right to the blood test, he will be unable to re-visit this issue.
