child suport

my husband makes 56000 a year, he pays $144.00 to one child in ky,and has 1 child here in ny how much will he have to pay for this child also he pays alot in union dues,and medical ins. that they take from his check any ideas thanks

There really is not enough information for me to answer. If you are thinking of divorce, they will look at who is the physical custodial parent, both of your incomes, etc.

There is not enough information provided to determine how much support he would have to pay. His salary will be reduced by the amount he provides for support of the first child, and maybe union dues if they are mandatory,m as well as city taxes and social security payments made from his paycheck. Then his adjusted gross income will be used to determine the amount, for one child that would be 17% of that income.
