Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Child support reduction while living with non custodial parent.

If a non-custodial parent takes the children from a custodial parent during summer recess for 2 weeks is he allowed/entitled to submit 1/2 of support since the children are living with father for 1/2 the month? There is nothing written in the decree indicating that he must but what will happen if the ex-wife tries to collect all support?
