child support

About 4-5 years ago my ex-wife signed off on all child support owded to her and she no longer seeked to get support from me for our children. But child support has been making me pay for the interest that occured on that account, and they are adding intrest on top of this interst. Is that legal for them to do this???/

Re: child support

You do not include certain information. The deal you made with your ex-wife, was that signed off with a judge? Did you get the deal approved with child support enforcement bureau? If not, then the deal is worthless. You need an attorney to review all of the documents and your actions to determine if you actually stopped the child support or just put yourself in a worse position.
