chld custody, moving out of state

my soon to be ex husband cheated on me since the begining of our marriage with his ex girlfriend, also the mother of his son. they now live together. i will have primary residence of our daughter. if i remarry, how hard will it be to move our daughter out of the country where my ''new'' husband lives and works? is there any possibility?

It depends upon the level of your ex's resistance to the idea. He can make it difficult and expensive, but, depending upon the age of the daughter, the relationship of the father to the daughter and a number of other factors, it's not impossible to accomplish your goal.
