divorce with out concent.

How can someone get a divorce with out the other person signature in N.Y. and does the other person have to get 1/2 of everything or do the husband have to pay alimony.

The procedure to get a divorce does not depend upon the signature of the other party. Distribution of property in New York is not necessarily 50-50, but it can be, depending upon the circumstances. Spousal support, likewise, depends upon the circumstances of the case.
