can you keep your ex-wife from being allowed to continue using her married last name.

No, you cannot keep your Ex wife from using her married last name.

However, an EX is not entitled to support, employment, health care, payment of necessities or other benefits, a married spouse may be entitled to receive, that is not provided for in their divorce judgment.

Not unless its part of the separation agreement or divorce judgment. Generally a person can use any name they choose so long as there is not a fraudulent purpose for their choice of name.
