If there is a suport order already in place, you need to file a motion for contempt. If there isn't an order, you should file for child support.

If you don't already have an attorney, you should obtain several names of experienced attorneys in Queens County and select the one who fits your needs and budget.

You may file a petition in Family Court. The Family Court has an intake room that will help you prepare the petition and explain the procedure. The system is generally geared for pro se litigants.
