Legal Question in Family Law in New York

i am going after my exhusband for spousal support.we are lot legally seperated or divorced.he now lives with someone else.i got paper in mail and says i have to list everyone in my household and all income.the other people in my house are my kids who help pay morgage.will their income hurt me in case?

Possibly. Spousal support is needs based and is designed to put the spouse receiving it into a position from which he or she can become self supporting.
