Legal Question in Family Law in New York

my ex-wife and i have joint custody of our daughter with residency at my house. i live in bradford county Pa and she just moved fro tioga county NY to willmington DE with no arguement from me. Is she obligated to report the move and her new address to Tioga County family court since thats where the current arrangements are documented?

The issue only becomes important if she is seeking to enforce a support obligation that was collected by the NYS CSU. If she is permitted to, she can file a change of address to get further notices from the court, but a NY Divorce can still be recognized in PA.
