Handling a divorce from france

Got married in NY 1993. Wife left for france 1997. I move back to France in 2001. Not together since 1997. Both of us live in france. She has the 2 kids. Would like to divorce quickly. I paid child support for a child that is not mine (partenity test in the works). Thanks for your help.

Despite your NY marriage and separation, If you and your spouse currently reside in France, then France has Jurisdiction AND is the proper Venue re the matter of your Divorce.
