Legal Question in Family Law in New York

my home in the settlement

In my devorce settlement I was awarded 25% of my house which is to be sold in 2008, when my son is done w/ school. I recently found out he took out 2 morgages on my home and he's making comments that the bank can take the house for not paying property taxes. What happens to my 25% and is this legal?
