law sue
my mother passed a of cancer. she married to a man that the family do not know . we think we have a case on the hosptal for the cause of her passing away son soon. what part would her husband take in the case...?

The husband could sue for damages for loss of consortium and for wrongful death. (Consortium is defined as the "conjugal fellowship" between a married couple, and the "right of each" spouse to the company and assistance and cooperation of the other spouse.)
