Legal Separation

Can you draw up papers yourself have them notorized then have them summitted into court as a form of legal separation...

No kids..no alimony, just split bills and 1 person doing a quick claim deed as the other spouse does not want burdin of home with no equity.?

Yes, you can draw up your own legal separation. I do not recomend it. A separation agreement should not be very expensive if the situation is as you say and you would be saving yourselves many problems that can crop up when one person challenges the agreement down the road.
