i live in NYC im separated from my wife, My daughter lives with me since birth, my wife is forcing me to give her 100 dollars a week in order to keep my daughter.WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS!!!!

What is she basing her request for money on? If it is the threat of a custody fight, depending on the age of your daughter, (and I am taking any child that you have been the primary care giver for more than 6 months) she would have to show that there is a significant change in circumstances necessitating a change of custody. That is a very difficult burden in most cases.
