Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I live up state new york..i am not married and have 2 children..can i move out of state without the fathers cosent??

I assume that when you write "move out of state" you mean you and the children. Therefore, to answer your question, you would need the father's consent or consent from the Family Court. The Family Court basis its consent on the best interests of the children.
