Obtaining 401k funds
I am divorced and living in NY, my ex lives in Wyoming with our children, I was granted in the divorce half of his 401k money, I need to know the process I need to go through to obtain those funds

You would need an order from the court directed to the plan administrator to release the funds to you or to roll over the funds to another account to avoid tax problems.
