Power of Attorney and Uncontested Divorce

If I am out of the country, can a Power of Attorney sign for one of the petitioners in an uncontested, childless divorce in NYS?

Maybe. However, it is better to just sign the divorce papers before the US Consulate.

If you need help with an uncontested divorce where one of the parties is oversees feel free to e-mail at [email protected]
