Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Help! What do i do?

Okay question my husband is having an affair on me and we have a baby together he wants a divorce from me I dont want a divorce from him I want to work things out so what would I have to do to fight him on the divorce because legally he has no grounds.

You are correct. Legally he has no grounds. If he commences an action for divorce you would be able to dismiss the cause of action.
