Legal Question in Family Law in New York

The question I have is kinda complicated. Well recently my girlfriend became pregnant with she says was my child. After discussing it we decided we were going to keep the child. After this dicision was made I found paperwork and the second set of pills to the abortion pill. From the information I have found it is a two part pill the first of which must be administered at a clinic and the second set taken at home. She denied taking them when I confronted her about it. But I hardly doubt any doctor is gonna give a patient the second set of pills antibiotics and a script for pain meds to some1 who didn't take the first pill. I just want to know the truth for sure and if there is any legal route I can take seeing how when me and her did discuss it we decided to keel the child.
