Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My rights in the Divorce

I am hoping you can help me. My divorce became final in NY state in Nov of 2001. My ex got custody of our two children on grounds of abandonment. I was ordered to pay child support of $25 per month which I have done since the beginning. I moved back to England 18 months ago and continue to send the cheques to him for our children. He has refused to send me photos of my children, nor will he let me know how they are with regard to health, education, emotionaly etc as detailed in the final decree. I need to know if I have any rights or how I would go about making him honour his part of the divorce agreement.

Any advise you could offer me would be very much appreciated and welcomed.

Many thanks

If you have exhausted all "diplomatic" avenues, you will have to initiate court action to enforce the terms of the judgment.
