Seperation
My husband recently left our home 40 days ago. He wants a seperation . I went to a lawyer and filed for a divorce. Does he have the right to see other women.

Given the circumstances you described it is hard to see what the disincentive would be to prevent him from seeing other women. If you have specific and credible evidence of adultery you can include that as an additional ground for divorce assuming that it is not the ground you are using now.
