Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Terminating my parental rights

I havent seen the girls in over nine years, the mother told me then that they were not mine. Now the courts are looking for me after all this time so I could pay support, can the mother and I legally terminate my rights since I dont even know them, and they have been withheld from me for so long.
