Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

Breach of Contract

I am a musician who signed a contract with a bandleader for a tour which was supposed to be 3 performances and the contract included travel details. The contract/itinerary was changed to 4 concerts , one of the concerts was for television( not noted on the original contract) and the travel was purposely misrepresented in the original contract. I want to file a claim in small claims court. Do I have a case. I might also have at least 1 witness.
