Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

I want to file a "Motion to Vacate Judment" I live in the state of New York. My question is do I

have to file the motion in the same courthouse & district it was granted in , or can I file it at a

courthouse closer to where I live ( the original court is some distance from where I live)
