Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

I have 2 employers ready to file my HBb visa in coming April-2013

Can you please advise if I can have both of them file for H1B?

If yes-> what if both the petitions are approved?

Would very much appreciate if you could advise any other complications, that could arise from multiple approved I-797?

Multiple employers can file an H1B petition for you: www.h1b1.com/concurrent.htm

If both are approved, you have the choice for either working for A and or B, or both. You will maintain H1B status as long as you are working for either A or B.

Multiple employers can file for an H-1B petition for you. If both are approved, you can decide to work for one of them and maintain valid H-1B status. It would be helpful if the other employer withdraws your H-1B if you decide not to join them.
