Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

annual incomes

please i m the sponsor of my wife and her case was approved...i know that i have to fill affidavit support with the last three years tax returs...last year my incomes were lower than the poverty guideline but this year i changed my job and my incomes are more than the poverty guideline...

i m worried about this so what will be tood in consideration my actual incomes or past incomes

You might know this already, but your income has to be at least 125% of the poverty guidelines to meet the requirements of affidavit of support. However, I�ve had cases when the petitioner�s income was less then the amount mentioned above, but the petitions were still approved. The reason these petitions were approved because I suggested to my clients to either have a member of their family �sponsor� them or provide the information on their or beneficiary�s savings, trust finds, inheritance, real estate ownership and so forth.
