Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

I want to bring exotic dancers to the u.s.a. on a H 2 visa. Mostly they will go to Guam. They do have a tourist season there. They can not get a lot of american dancers there. There is a high demand for american girls in Guam but mostly Guam has asian girls. I am an agency similar to Adecco, Manpower ect... only I recruite exotic dancers. It is hard to get dancers from the continental U.S.A. to go Guam. If this is possible for me as an agency to do this please let me know total cost to get set up. Also total cost for visa every time a dancer comes to Guam or the States. So because I am an agency The club will pay me then I will pay the dancers just like if you worked for manpower in an office manpower would still pay the worker from the money the company they contract with pays them.

What your asking is a fairly complicated question that can be done via H-2B visa. The requirements are numerous and can not be readily answered in this forum, but if you look into the requirements H-2B visa you should be able to find your answer.
