Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

will it be a problem

Hi:

I have convicted of pl-240.20, a violation due to shoplifting of $98 in 1999. Sentenced one day community service and one year conditional discharge. Will I be able to get green card if i marry to a us citizen? What should I need to do ? Will this charge delay my green card process?

Thanks

You may or may not have a problem obtaining a green card with your violation. However, in order for me to assess your situation you need to see me for a consultation. You can contact me for an appointment at 718-855-3535. I look forward to hearing from you.
