*Once an insurance company denies a claim , what is your recourse?

*How long does the company have to review the matter? *If a person dies of natural causes and has a policy in effect for under two years does the insurance company have the right to deny the claim and if so based upon what criteria?

*Where do I go to find possible litigation concerning insurance companies that target groups of paeople that are usually considered uninsurable?

Re: ''death benefits''

You have several heavy questions.

When an insurance company denies a claim your next step depends on the facts of your situation. If it is clear that they should pay you, than you make a "bad faith" claim against the company.

I suggest that you retain an attorney. The attorney can attempt to wrangle a reasonable arrangement out of the insurer, since the company will see that you mean business, and will sue if they don't come to the table.
