Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

I had just asked for legal advice and was so empressed with your service that I'd like to ask one more question, I signed a paper of employee theft and no cop was called, I was wondering if I take my last employer off my resume could future jobs see that I was caught for employee ??

A number of employers do background checks. The fact that you were employed may come up on those checks.
