Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

I would like to file a discrimination claim. I was fired from my job after being there for 9 years. I have never gotten into any trouble there nor have I ever been written up for anything. I was having a problem with 1 individual at the job and in the past had chosen to ignore her and stay away from her. We had an argument and it got kind of loud. After the argument I went into my boss's office to complain about her. There was a meeting held without my knowledge with her, my boss and a partner. The partner called me in his office afterwards and asked what happened. He then decided that I should appologize to this individual and my boss which I did and that I would be written up. He also said that my boss told him that I had threatened this individual to him and that I was 'IRATE" when I came into his office. I told him that yes I went into his office upset, but did not threaten this individual. The next day I was fired. It was said to me that everyone on that side of the office heard the argument and agreed it was loud and my boss agreed I threatened her and the individual felt threatened by me. As said before, at this job for 9 years, no complaints, never written up, with great job reviews. Do I have a case?
