Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

I was recently terminated from my job. One day I went in to shop at the store and when I got to checkout with my employee discount, I was told I no longer recieved it because I was terminated already. I did not recieve any notification of my termination whatsoever. Additionally, during my employment, I constantly was harrassed by my General Mangager interrogating me about my life outside of work. I asked her to stop and she went as far as to call me at home to ask me questions. Am I entitled to anything either from harrassment or the sitiuation in which I discovered I had been terminated?
